Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns for a full refund, less the original shipping charges, are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for items that have not been used, worn, or altered. For late returns that arrive between 30 and 60 days after the delivery date there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be complete including all original manufacturers packaging Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 2-5 business days.
  • Credits can take 2-5 business days to post to your original form of payment
Domestic Return Option 1 - Use our UPS return label
  • Visit and fill out the address, order number fields and print out your personalized UPS return label
  • Securely repack and seal the package, affix the printed shipping label, and return it using either UPS or the United States Post Office. Your label is pre-paid and they will accept you package and ship it out without any other steps
  • Damaged or defective items, your UPS label is FREE.
  • For all standard returns (unwanted, undamaged items) an $8 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • $25 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for shipments weighing 20 pounds or more
  • Excludes international orders, returns originating from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, and returns requiring a freight truck for pickup
Domestic Return Option 2 - Ship it back using your preferred carrier
You may return the package on your own at your own cost (USPS is usually cheapest). Please send merchandise back to the following address:

International Return Option
Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. However, international buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC at receipt of the return. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include international shipping, brokerage or duties paid at time of order.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • Please contact us via email or phone as soon as you realize your item arrived damaged or defective, and we will replace or exchange immediately. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please be prepared to supply the following information in your e-mail or on your call: your full name, order number, telephone number, the name and item number for item in question and a complete description of the problem.
  • We do not accept returns on products damaged due to improper use or care
Items Returnable Only In Unopened Factory Sealed Package
  • Some items cannot be opened and then returned.  They are the following:
  • Undergarments, petticoats, socks, tights and stockings
  • Wigs, beards, mustaches, facial hair, hair accessories, headbands, masks, prosthetics, eyelashes, makeup and makeup kits
  • Compact discs
  • Party supplies that are bagged and sealed
Items Subject to 10% Restocking Fee
Items in the following categories with original retail price of $200 or greater are subject to a 10% restocking fee:
